Private Utility Locates

JCR has the ability to assist in private locates on any project.  Private utilities are defined as any privately owned utility not covered by Miss Utility of VA, NC, MD, etc., etc

Many people are not aware that the water and sewer laterals from the house or business to the cleanout or meter are the responsibility of the land owner to identify.
